Delivery
We pack your items with care and ship them as quickly as possible.
Shipping of orders under DKK 599 costs from DKK 65, depending on the chosen delivery method.
Orders over DKK 599 are shipped free of charge.
We ship with GLS, and the delivery time is usually 2–5 business days.
During busy periods – especially leading up to Christmas or during campaigns – delivery times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to ensure your package arrives on time, but we reserve the right for delays beyond our control.
Right of withdrawal
When you shop with us, you naturally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period applies from the day you receive your item.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, simply notify us before the deadline at

Returns
If you wish to return something, we would appreciate it if you contacted us first so we can assist you best and ensure that everything goes smoothly and securely.
Once you have notified us, the item must be returned within 14 days.

We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
Condition of the item
At Medusa Copenhagen, many of our products are handmade and hand-painted – each figure has its own little expression and personality.
Therefore, small variations in colors and details may occur, and this is part of what makes them very special.
If you cancel your purchase, you are welcome to inspect and handle the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond this, a reduction in value may occur.
The full purchase price will only be refunded if the item is returned in the same condition as you received it.
Return shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.
Uncollected packages
If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct DKK 65 to cover return shipping and handling.
